‍ Dispatch Times In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order being placed. Made-to-order pieces (including gold variants and customised bangles) have a lead time of approximately 2 weeks — this is noted on the individual product page.

‍ During launch periods and around seasonal drops, dispatch times may be slightly longer. We will always communicate delays by email.

‍Returns We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@cunningfolk.co.uk.

‍UK customers: we accept returns for store credit or exchange on unworn pieces in original condition. We do not offer refunds on made-to-order pieces.

‍International customers: we accept exchanges on unworn pieces in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

‍ We do not accept returns on ritual kits once opened.

Lost or Damaged Orders All orders are sent with tracking. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@cunningfolk.co.uk and we will do everything we can to resolve it.
